Founder
Blaine Prescott is a writer, law school coach, and the founder of SuperSplitter. His creative work deals with issues plaguing the working-class, and his coaching work is no different: he is obsessed with helping people overcome inequitable systems.
Blaine holds an MFA in fiction from the University of Oregon and a PhD in creative writing and literature from the University of Houston, where he was a C. Glenn Cambor Fellow and winner of both the Inprint Alexander Prize in Fiction in 2021 and Inprint Donald Barthelme Prize in Poetry in 2022. His work has been published in The Southeast Review, The Idaho Review, Ninth Letter, Story, The Notre Dame Review, and elsewhere.
Before starting law school at USC Gould, Blaine taught writing at Howard University. Currently, he lives in Los Angeles with his wife, three kids, and two reptiles.
